- Commitment to fostering student growth and advocating for their needs in diverse classroom settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials for student success
- Collect, document, and report data on student progress
- Support screening, assessment, and evaluation processes as directed
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and remain current with best practices
- Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to the school’s collaborative environment
