Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in North Dakota
- Knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in school-aged children
- Experience supporting SLPs in implementing individualized therapy plans

- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Previous school-based experience or pediatric clinical background is valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in carrying out established speech and language programs
- Track student progress and document session outcomes clearly
- Prepare instructional materials or visual supports as directed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student care
