Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in Connecticut
- Previous experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with the implementation of IEP goals in individual and group settings
- Support students’ communication progress and monitor performance
- Prepare materials and adapt activities to suit students’ needs
- Document sessions, maintain thorough records, and report student progress
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in training and professional development as required
