Desired Qualifications:
- Current Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology certification
- Active or eligible for CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year status (CFY) preferred
- Experience working with elementary students or in school settings highly valued
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40–50 elementary students effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Rotate between two school sites, offering dynamic and varied daily experiences
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive school culture
