Qualifications & Experience:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain thorough documentation
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLPs
- Track and document student progress and session outcomes
- Support inclusive educational environments by adapting materials and activities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to help students achieve IEP or 504 Plan goals
- Assist with screening and assessment procedures as needed
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
