Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students as directed
- Implement lesson plans and therapeutic activities created by supervising SLP
- Document therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Support SLPs in developing materials and visual aids for therapy sessions
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other service providers
