Exciting contract opportunities are available for two onsite, part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the upcoming school year. Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLPA license required (pending licensure cannot be considered)
- Dual certification must be clearly visible on the submitted license PDF
- Previous experience as an SLPA in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively support the goals identified by supervising speech-language pathologists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Contract position beginning approximately August 25, 2026, with student start date September 8, 2026; ends June 10, 2027
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Serve across sites: Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover Elementary-High School
- Assist with implementing speech/language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLPs
- Document student progress and maintain records in compliance with district guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff to support students’ developmental needs
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development as required
