Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong pediatrics background, with school-based SLP experience ideal
- Comfortable supporting students in teletherapy or onsite settings as needed
- Supervision and support available for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet student goals and IEP requirements
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions through in-person and/or teletherapy formats
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for holistic student progress
- Monitor student advancement, adjust approaches as necessary, and maintain thorough records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent consultations, and professional development initiatives
