Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Zumbrota, MN

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or eligible SLP-CFY candidates welcome
- Pediatric and school-based experience highly valued
- Competency with virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy services
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Offer virtual therapy as needed to meet diverse learner needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
