Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Caseload: PreK – 8th Grade
We are hiring three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for immediate onsite positions supporting PreK through 8th-grade students in Yuma, Arizona. Running for the full school year through late May 2027, these roles offer the opportunity to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and diagnostic assessments for PreK–8th grade students.
Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable communication goals.
Deliver direct individual and small-group therapy addressing articulation, language, fluency, and AAC needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and parents during IEP meetings.
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active Arizona SLP License issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).
Certification: Valid Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate.
Clearance: Valid Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Clinical Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFYs with strong school background welcomed).
