Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student-specific goals
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
- Meticulously monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate care
- Educate and involve families throughout the therapy process
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility (California preferred)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
