Both openings involve 37.5 hours weekly, ensuring you have ample time for direct therapy, assessment, and collaboration as part of students’ educational journeys.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Comfort working with K-12th grade students with mild to severe diagnoses
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning and collaborative teamwork
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted assessment and therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and manage caseload responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings, developing service plans tailored to student goals
- Offer guidance and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Advocate for student progress in communication and social skills
