Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC or CFY credentials
- Experience in a school-based setting, preferably with pediatric and Autism populations
- Strong assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities when working with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive educational experience for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized goals for students
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats
- Track progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain thorough records and compliance with school and state guidelines
