Key Qualifications:
- Current state Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
- NBCOT certification highly regarded
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with assistive technology and sensory supports a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and address fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and self-regulation needs
- Develop and implement IEP/504 plans and accommodations
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy across K–12 populations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support independence by adapting environments and recommending equipment
- Monitor student progress and document services
