Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the School Corporation for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves approximately 75 students ranging from preschool through 12th grade, with a variety of speech and language needs across all levels and abilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students from preschool through 12th grade
Manage an approximate caseload of 75 students with a variety of speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide services to students across a range of abilities and communication needs
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
