Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Lancaster, PA

Make a meaningful impact as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist providing on-site services in a dynamic school-based environment located near Lancaster, PA—conveniently situated just 40 minutes from York and close to the Maryland border. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students’ communication and developmental needs. Two positions are currently available.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics highly desired
- Background in teletherapy and healthcare settings considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently—no assistants will be assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Deliver direct, on-site therapy to students in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, track student outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide ongoing support and resources to school staff regarding students’ speech and language needs
