Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active SLP license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience delivering speech services in school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Serve a diverse caseload split between junior high and elementary campuses, with additional coverage at the high school from late September to mid-November
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop therapy plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and maintain compliant records
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet individual student needs
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with school district policies
