Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Worcester, MA

What we’re seeking:
- Valid and active SLP license in Massachusetts
- Holders of CCC or those in CFY are welcome
- Experience or clinical background in pediatric and school-based SLP settings
- Strong collaborative and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to the unique needs of K-12 students
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering individualized therapy for students across two schools
- Crafting and implementing treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and progress reviews
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consulting with faculty and providing resources to support student communication and learning
