Qualifications:
- Active and clear Virginia SLP license
- CCC-SLP credentials or eligibility; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy appreciated
- Knowledge of educational environments and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Tech-savvy for teletherapy delivery
- Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students (ages and caseload details to be provided)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and student support teams
- Liaise with faculty, families, and related service providers
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Deliver services onsite and/or via teletherapy platforms as needed
