Key Qualifications:
- Current California SLP license and active CTC required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP – CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations (caseload and age group will be determined based on need)
- Committed to ethical, student-centered care and continuous professional growth
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, maintaining a caseload of 55-60
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective delivery of services
- Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with IEP guidelines and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver services fully on-site to ensure optimal student access and progress
This is a full-time contract opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on-site, with the chance to make a lasting difference for a diverse group of students.
