Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodford, VA

This is a full-time contract role, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with 37.5 hours per week. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will be supported throughout the experience.
As part of a collaborative school-based team, you'll deliver services to students with varied communication needs, tailoring interventions for maximum student growth. Whether you prefer working with elementary, middle, or high school students, let us know—caseload assignments can be matched to your strengths and preferences.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state or ability to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows
- School-based experience a plus, but not required
- Passion for fostering student development and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and professional communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement customized Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Accurately maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
