Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- Current SLP-CCC or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly preferred
- Active state licensure for SLP or SLPA as applicable
- Experience providing pediatric speech therapy services in schools or healthcare settings
- Background in teletherapy considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of IEP process and collaborating with school teams
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Passion for working with children and facilitating their academic and social success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ communication needs
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans appropriate for school-age populations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all relevant school and state guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for remote service delivery
- Supervise or work alongside SLPAs where appropriate
- Provide ongoing support and education to families and staff
