Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in school, teletherapy, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage IEPs and document student progress
- Confidence in developing and implementing therapy for a diverse student population
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms (if applicable)
- Passion for nurturing students’ growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders among students
- Develop personalized therapy plans and contribute to IEP team meetings
- Deliver direct and indirect services in individual or group settings (onsite or via teletherapy)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor and support progress
- Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Provide consultative services and support as needed to staff and families
