School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Woodbridge, New Jersey
Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a meaningful and dynamic role this fall! Three full-time SLP positions are open for a 12-week contract, starting in September and supporting schools for maternity leaves. These roles are onsite and require a commitment of 35+ hours per week. You'll work with elementary-aged students, primarily in settings with high populations of students with Autism and preschoolers, helping them communicate and thrive during a critical period in their development.

Qualifications:
- Valid NJ Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Current NJ SLS Certification required
- ASHA CCCs highly prioritized; Clinical Fellows are welcome (must secure outside supervision, as school cannot provide it)
- Experience with K-5th grades and students with Autism is a plus
- SLPAs are not eligible for these positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of K-5 students, including those in autism and preschool programs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
