What we’re seeking:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs; Associate’s/Bachelor’s for SLPAs
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech services
  • Open to SLP, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates
  • Competency in teletherapy platforms (a plus)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement individualized student treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy onsite and/or via teletherapy, supporting a diverse caseload (K-12) based on your preference
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate session documentation and contribute to IEP development—fostering student success at every stage

You can expect generous pay: SLPs earn $40-55 per hour, and SLPAs are compensated $35-45 per hour.
