Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply where supervision is available
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for elementary-aged students
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators to support communication goals within the classroom setting
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' communication needs
- Partner with families to ensure continuity of support and progress
