Speech Pathology - Manteno, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted speech and language therapy for K-12 students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between school sites (all less than a mile from each other) to provide direct and consultative services
- Consult with families, teachers, and school staff to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and goal setting
