Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Wilmington, Delaware

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for or possession of SLP license in the state of practice
- SLP-CFY candidates are welcome and encouraged
- Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language evaluation and intervention
- Experience supporting students in school or healthcare environments preferred
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support student progress
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide detailed documentation of findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Offer consultative services and in-services for school staff regarding communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
