This assignment spans from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers full-time hours (35-37.5 hours weekly). Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid SLP license for the state of Connecticut.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Experience in school settings preferred (K-12 experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive SLP services to a diverse K-12 caseload.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ IEP goals.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress.
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation services district-wide as the dedicated full-time SLP.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
