Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Williamstown, MA

What You'll Bring:
- Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress reporting
- Excellent skills in screening, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with staff, families, and students
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
- Open to both seasoned professionals and travel clinicians
- SLPA applicants must hold valid state licensure
Your Role:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to optimize student support
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with educational standards
- Consult, mentor, or provide resources to staff as needed
