School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Brockton, Massachusetts

As an essential member collaborating with educators and specialists, you’ll work core school hours from 7:25am to 2:20pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based or adolescent settings
- Strong knowledge of language-based learning disabilities and intervention strategies
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans for high school students in the language-based program
- Conduct assessments and document student progress in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Attend IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and consult with teachers and families
- Support students’ social, academic, and functional communication
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner
