Key Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Serve as a resource for staff and families on speech/language issues
