Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (NC SLP License)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working within a school setting with students K-12 is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students within the school district
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with district and professional guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student goals and outcomes
