Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Vermont SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to evidence-based and culturally responsive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and direct therapy to PreK-12 students
- Develop and monitor goals within students’ IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver group and individual therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication needs
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary reviews
