What You'll Bring:
- Active SLP license in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Proficient communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with a diverse K-12 caseload, with a primary emphasis on elementary students
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers to support student success
- Maintain detailed progress reports, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer consultation and resources to families and staff to maximize communication success across environments
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school team activities
