The position begins on August 24th, with consistent hours from 8:20am to 3:45pm, allowing for a predictable workday and a balanced schedule.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working in pediatrics, schools, or similar settings highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary school students with diverse speech and language needs
- Complete timely assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support students’ educational and communication goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with professional and ethical standards
