Working with a diverse elementary caseload, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision and mentorship
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech therapy settings preferred
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to assigned elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and session notes in accordance with district guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
Position Details:
- Full-time, contract role
- Schedule: 8:20am – 3:45pm, Monday through Friday
- Elementary caseload with a variety of needs and backgrounds
