School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Wetumpka, Alabama

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP (ASHA) license for Alabama
- Current Alabama professional educator license (confirmation available at the state website)
- Open to Clinical Fellows and SLPs with CCCs (must be able to supervise if CCCs)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work onsite and travel between school locations as needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Supervise SLP Clinical Fellows, if CCCs are held
- Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
