School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Westville, Indiana

We're seeking two enthusiastic professionals to provide vital speech and language services—one focusing on preschool-aged children, another serving both preschool and elementary students throughout the academic year.
This engaging, full-time contract role spans from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, offering 7.5-hour workdays in a vibrant, collaborative school environment. Both seasoned SLPs holding CCCs and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply; dedicated supervision is available for CF candidates. While Indiana SLP licensure is required, in-person support is prioritized to maximize student engagement and growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Indiana
- SLP-CCC certification preferred; strong clinical fellowship candidates also considered
- Experience with preschool and/or elementary populations is beneficial
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Willingness to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
What you'll do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students in preschool and elementary settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions that promote communication and language growth
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and program planning activities
