Skills & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and build rapport with students and staff
- Strong skills in managing caseloads of 55 or fewer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions within a full-time schedule, 7:30 am-3:15 pm
- Manage and complete IEPs, finish outstanding assessments
- Utilize thorough notes and structured plans left by the current SLP
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a student-centered approach
