Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across the K-12 spectrum
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with school teams and families
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed
- Provide both direct and consultative services within the school environment
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and outside providers to ensure holistic support for each student
