Previous experience in schools or with similar caseloads amplifies your fit for the role, but those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year are also encouraged to apply.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Demonstrated success in pediatric settings, including schools or healthcare
- Experience—either direct or via teletherapy—in delivering speech and language services
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and technology skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IEP-based speech therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and communicate regularly with educators, families, and team members
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
