Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
- Experience with pediatrics, school-based caseloads, or teletherapy is highly valued
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Clear communication abilities and teamwork mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) focusing on student progress
- Deliver therapy sessions in-person within a supportive center-based setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
