Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
  • Experience with pediatrics, school-based caseloads, or teletherapy is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Clear communication abilities and teamwork mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) focusing on student progress
  • Deliver therapy sessions in-person within a supportive center-based setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
