Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (ensure to submit a screenshot for verification)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and solid experience within a school environment
- Bilingual proficiency to better serve a diverse student community
- Familiarity and experience delivering SLP services in school-based settings
- Dependable transportation for onsite attendance
- Ability to adhere to strict punctuality and attendance guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop tailored communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Uphold all requirements related to fingerprinting, background/CORI checks, drug screening, and ongoing professional credentials
