What You Bring:
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Previous experience in school settings, preferably K-8, is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering growth and progress in students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough, timely records and progress notes
- Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure successful interventions
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of communication supports across the school community
