Speech-Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Preferred applicants hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). School-based experience is a plus, as is comfort in designing creative interventions for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or pending state SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcome
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy and evaluation practices for K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
- Conduct assessments to determine needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educators to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that helps all students reach their communication goals
