Preferred applicants hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). School-based experience is a plus, as is comfort in designing creative interventions for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current or pending state SLP licensure
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy and evaluation practices for K-12 students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
  • Conduct assessments to determine needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educators to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment that helps all students reach their communication goals
