Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license is required
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Commitment to helping students achieve their academic and communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-8
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide consultative support and resources to educators and families as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
