Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist), SLP-CCC, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Open to School Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with relevant school or healthcare background
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in an educational setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and assessments to elementary students, managing a dynamic and varied caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs geared toward communication and language goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff members
- Support classroom inclusion and offer individualized as well as group interventions
- Maintain timely, accurate reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Participate in school meetings, team evaluations, and parent conferences as necessary
