Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Indiana)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged, but CFY candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education best practices
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- SLPA with school or healthcare experience will be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Conduct student assessments and maintain progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Consult with educators and families to support carryover of skills
- Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment
