Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP or current licensure for SLPA
- Valid Indiana state licensure or eligibility for state certification
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed and supported
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions
- Positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language assessments and interpret results
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff for cohesive care planning
- Track student progress and provide regular updates to caregivers
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance standards
