Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Westerville, Ohio

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatrics and/or school-based settings preferred
- Teletherapy skills a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach with a focus on individualized student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs, including non-verbal learners
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to maximize access for all students
- Track student progress, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Educate and support teachers and staff on strategies to foster communication across the learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
