Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy tailored to student-specific goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
- Manage caseloads that vary by assignment and school setting, ranging from elementary to high school levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Florida SLP license issued by the Department of Health.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working within school settings or educational programs.
- Ability to travel and work onsite across multiple school locations in Palm Beach County.
- Successful completion of fingerprint clearance and eligibility interviews.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Location:
- West Palm Beach, FL area with assignments at multiple schools throughout Palm Beach County.
- On-site presence mandatory with travel required between schools.
